Do not share your accounts with other users. You are responsible for your own accounts.
If someone else breaks the rules using your account, you will be held accountable.
As an extension of this, we do not support accounts that you may have received from other users, in the broadest sense of the term. This includes, but is not limited to: accounts that you purchased or were gifted to you. If you acquired an account from someone else, in any which way, we can not help you in the event of loss or theft.
3 Punishments
3.1 Types of punishments
The type of punishment depends on the offence, the severity and the amount of repeated offences.
In some cases we might decide to mute and in other cases we might decide to ban.
Content resets usually are paired with another punishment such as a warning.
🔷 Warning
A message can be sent where you are warned for an offence.
This is usually in the form of an in game popup message but any chat message where a staff member is warning you should be consider as a warning as well.🔶📛 Mute/timeout
When muted or timed out you will be unable to interact with the community
In most cases this relates to chat but it can also mean you can no longer post on the forum or interact with the community in any other way.🔶📛 Ban
A ban will prevent you from accessing the content.
In most cases a ban in platform and account specific but in some cases we can decide to ban your IP for all websites or ban you from platforms.📝 Content removal/reset
Content can be removed or reset this includes but is not limited to the following:
Usernames, avatars, chat messages, forum posts and game data such as rankings.
3.2 Severity Levels
We categorize all offended rules in three severities.
🔷 Low
For these offences we almost always will just give a warning.
In some cases a short mute/timeout can be given of an hour or less.🔶 Medium
For these offences we usually give timed mutes or bans.
The duration will range from 1 to 14 days.📛 High
For these offences we usually give longer or mutes and bans.
This usually starts at a month but can be increased to up to a year on repeated offences.🚫 Zero tolerance
For these rules we are super strict.
We will not tollerate such behaviour and will permanently ban your account.
In most cases we will give out an warning first but for repeated offenders you are strongly urged to show the best side of you and not push any boundaries because you could get banned without notice.
3.3 Repeated offenders
Depending on the severity of the broken rules the punishments will be given.
When offending rules multiple times in a certain timespan the severity of the punishments will be increased.
We will mostly look at the offences from the past 30 days when deciding on a punishment.
This means that if you were muted a month ago then we will not immediately consider you a repeat offender. The exception here is if you have been a repeated offender many times.
Showing good conduct and not having any offences on your name will therefore mean the punishments are less severe.
🔷 Low severity offence
In most cases we will repeat the same punishment (warning).
After 3 low severity punishments within 30 days the severity will be increased.🔶 Medium severity offence
In most cases we will repeat the same punishment (mute/ban).
After 3 medium severity punishments within 30 days the severity will be increased.📛 High severity offence
In most cases we will repeat the same punishment (mute/ban).
After 3 high severity punishments within 90 days you risk getting banned or muted for a year.
3.4 Actions taken by staff members
Every situation is unique and these rules and punishments won’t cover everything.
Our aim is to treat everyone equally but some times exceptions need to be made.
Please always respect the decisions made by the staff team, the moderators work voluntarily and the only goal is to keep the community safe, fun and civilized.
In any case if you disagree with the judgement of a staff member you can contact us.
