NEW CONTENT TEAM - LOOKING FOR STAFF MEMBERS

We are opening up positions for a new content team.
This team will consist of 3 new roles, the primary goals will be to record tournaments and promote the game.
We want to do one more attempt in marketing/promoting the game on social media.
There will be a different strategy this time and with the help of AI we can take things a step further.

The three new roles will be as following:

Recorder
You capture the action, recording epic tournament moments and cinematic clips.
Your footage is the foundation of our most exciting video content.  

Video editor
You are the storyteller, transforming raw footage into slick, must-watch videos.
Cut, edit, and produce amazing content that gets the community hyped. 

Social media manager
You are the voice of CFP, sharing exciting updates and content across all platforms.
Engage our followers, build our brand, and keep the community buzzing.

In the first weeks or months we will be busy setting things up and getting things ready.
Some of the things you can expect:

• We will develop a document with guidelines and directions for video and social media content
  Things such as branding, typography, music, use of art and so on.

• For social media will be mainly focusing on Instagram, Facebook, Youtube and Tiktok.

• There will be a need for short and long video content

• There will be video content with game footage and promotional content

• We will look into utilizing AI for content creation

• There will be new roles on Discord and in the game for the new positions

• We will setup a privae cloud storage with a large disk so we can centralize all files

• We have to come up with a list of standard video formats like best/worst plays, tour videos, tour highlights etc...

Like any other role there will be rewards for being part of the team.
You can choose either 300 gems or 100 gems + VIP each month.
We will also introduce a new bonus system where you can get additional more unique rewards later.

Getting this going could be necessary to keep the game afloat and maybe even make it thrive again.
Hopefully we can find enough motivated, passionate and skilled people to fill these roles.

In addition to this new content team we have also opened up the position for moderator again.
This means you can also apply to become a moderator, more details are on the open positions page.

We will start looking into applications somewhere near the end of July or early August.
